Hello, everyone.
I thought a lot, but I didn't come up with about experiences I've never done.
As I wrote before, I went to study abroad in the Philippines last year. On the second weekend, we visited the orphanage where children without homes live. After arrival, I was surprised that some of the staff were Japanese and knew the current situation of children in slums. The inside was like a kindergarten and it was a very bright atmosphere. We interacted with about 30 children from an orphanage. First, we played a game that hit the floor and body to match the rhythm(it must have had a name, but I forgot). In the beginning, everyone was nervous, but as the game progressed, we got along. It was a lot of fun! Second, we split into several groups and played a skit to recreate one scene from various Disney movies. Our group performed dance scene of a beauty and the beast. And, surprisingly, I was chosen as the protagonist and acted as a beast. I couldn't dance well and it was very shameful for everyone to see it, but it was so much fun to play the role. Last, everyone in the orphanage performed the ensemble with their instruments. It was very good and above all, it was a wonderful surprise for us to play Japanese songs. It's an embarrassing story, but I was so moved that I cried. It gave me courage to listen to their performance, and I thought they were so powerful and alive. Thus we had a very nice time. I hope to see them again.
This study abroad was a wonderful experience. Especially, I think this orphanage visit was a precious experience that other people wouldn't normally have. However, it's not all. I had the flu on the last day of my study abroad, and the next day after I returned to Japan, I had a traffic accident on the way to the hospital(I was heading to the hospital by bicycle). I don't think there are many people who had such experience.
Thank you for reading.

That's a really nice story Ryota. Don't feel ashamed to cry! It sounds like it was an emotional day.
