I was and I am now

Hello, everyone.

I apologize for all the hobby related topics lately, but as you know, I like to work out. I think workout is a great way to relieve stress and keep fit. However, workout is just for fun and gaining muscle is only incidental to the outcome for me. I still use only a few training equipment and do all the rest of self weight training, so naturally my muscles aren't big. But more than that, I really enjoy training, using my experience and knowledge to figure out what training is best for me. Of course, there's nothing wrong with bigger muscles, but more importantly, I'm going to continue to work out more fully and enjoy it.

By the way, when I was a little, my life was just the opposite of what it is now. I was always very overweight because I wasn't good at sports or playing outside, and all I did was study or read. I had practiced to play the drums since kindergarten and was also a member of a local soccer club, but I still liked to be quiet. I started practice kendo in junior high school, and from there I gradually grew to like exercise, and then joined the kendo club in high school. The captain of my senior year was a very muscular man and one of the best prayer in Yamagata, and I admired him so much that I started training to be just like him. I worked out with a sense of mission, but gradually I started to enjoy training, and before I knew it, it had become a hobby. This is the general flow from the past to the present.

Once again, looking back on all this, I think I've changed quite a bit between my past and my present. This time I only focused on workout, but I think many other aspects have changed as well. It's quite interesting.

Thank you for reading.
