Today, I think we live a life full of stress. In the midst of all this, I try to keep my stress as low as possible. Why? The main reason is that stress affects our muscles. I'm not sure of the exact principle, but anyway, when we're stressed out, our muscles break down and become harder to build up, and I've actually experienced this myself. It also can cause other psychosomatic and neurological problems, and maybe there are other bad things, so I think it's very important to live a stress-free life. Anyway, storing stress is not a good thing, so when I feel stressed, I relieve it in a variety of ways as soon as possible. For example, moving my body, playing with figures, and singing in the bath etc. Also, when I feel stressed in class, I take deep breaths and block out the sounds around me, and try to calm my mind as much as possible. I don't know if these methods are the right way to relieve stress, but I think we should do whatever we can to help. If you have any recommendations for stress relief, please let me know.
