End of Year Reflection

Hello, everyone. This year is coming to an end, and this is the last time I'll be blogging. This time I would like to look back on this year, focusing on my classes and university life.

The first thing I can say is that I didn't have an ideal college life. When I first started college, I wanted to make a lot of friends, join clubs, and have a busy but fun and fulfilling college life. However, none of those things happened. This is partly because it was impossible in this situation, but also because I wasn't even active. Therefore, in next semester, I'd like to have a fresh start and get myself involved in college activities, even if it  online classes continue. Especially, I would like to start working as an open campus staff member or Student Facilitator, which would allow me to increase my connections and live a college student-like life. Next, in terms of English, I think my skills have improved quite a bit over this year. In particular, my listening skills have improved and I've started to increase my exposure to English in my daily life (e.g., watching foreign figure review videos on YouTube, watching movies, etc.), so I will continue to work harder at this rate. Also, I scored much higher than my goal for the TOEIC, so I will continue to work hard to achieve even higher scores. Incidentally, I didn't take any of the other classes seriously, and I feel a bit sorry for that. I'll do my best to be serious next year(lol)

Last, there were a lot of hard times, but I am glad that we could all work hard all year together. I'm sorry because I have a weird personality, I'm not very good at talking, and I've caused a lot of trouble for everyone. I was aware of my poor communication skills, but I couldn't make it better, so this is a big challenge for me. Anyway, It was great to spend with you all for the year. Thank you all so much. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. I don't know if we'll see each other again because of the large number of people at the university, but if we have the chance to meet up, we should at least say hello to each other (lol).

Thank you for reading.
